Refund policy

Returns

All sales are considered final, exceptions include damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s). To initiate a return, email pstonedesignsva@gmail.com with 48 hours of delivery to receive a return authorization and instructions. Orders returned without a return authorization will not be accepted nor returned. Custom items cannot be returned, this includes the Ice Cream Dream Cleats.

Refunds

Authorized returns will receive credit to the original payment method, once the return is complete. We are not responsible for bank transaction times. 

Exchanges

Due to the small nature of my boutique, we cannot process exchanges.
